Every child has a different personality and temperament. Some children warm up easily, while others find it hard to adapt to a new environment. There are children who are cheerful workers while others would rather be left alone to do their own thing.
As they grow, children learn and make mistakes. At times, they’ll find it hard to deal with the challenges ahead for numerous reasons. As the school programme is packed with more activities during the second year, your son may find it hard to keep up with the demands, compared with the first year.
Going to school needs preparation. The crying and protests in the mornings are part of your child’s fears and insecurities. Unlike his peers, he does not warm up easily in groups. It is his individual style of doing things.

Welcome to my blogspot!
Hi! My name is Teacher Jason. If you're here, it's probably because your children are talking about my blogspot and have brought you here or you are visiting it yourself. I am their teacher as well as a private tutor and writer. At the centre, currently I am assigned to teach EG1, ELE CON, ELE WRITING and INT WRITING. Previously I was brought in to teach Jun. Con, Jun Writing, Starter and kids classes.
Due to my work demands, I am only teaching 1 day a week for the centre, Saturday. I am however still open for private classes. For those that are interested, please don't hesistate to email me at teacher.jason@yahoo.com or talk to me on YM. My area of specialty include also the Malaysian University English Test or MUET and Business English. Thank you for your consideraton.
My virtual classroom (blog) page was set up to offer more than English to the students. As parents of today, you will know how difficult it is to get a child to read. Hopefully with the articles posted in my blogspot, it will encourage them to read more. I also use the virtual classroom to encourage the students to write essays. They can write on whatever they like and send it to me or send me an outline for correction. The best ones will be posted.
Some parents are worried that their child is unable to speak English. In my experience, some are shy to talk when their parents are around but "yakkity yak" when they are with me. True, there are some cases where a child cannot still speak English. In this case, I recommend patience and lots of encouragement, don't give up!
This Parents blog is open to all and I will try to share good articles on ways on bringing up excellent kids!
Cheers.
